The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices including coffee, tea, cereals, fresh fruit, and eggs. The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to the train station and providing easy access to both the city center and the outskirts.

Staff were helpful. A pleasant and clean hotel. Good value too. Also take the Number 8 bus from outside the tele-pizza shop into the station (North) rather than walk- life is hard enough in that heat. It costs 1.20 euros
I booked it on the understanding that there was on-site parking. Although there is a car park under the hotel and the elevator goes to it it is still an additional cost of 15 euros per day. It is safe and convenient but I was disappointed at the additional charge.

My 7 nights in Valencia were memorable! The staff were lovely and perfect yet not intrusive.- There was a great restaurant just a short stroll away from the hotel.- The food was cheap and appetising, really enjoyed it.

A good, clean, spacious room. Fitness center + sauna. Very reasonable prices at the bar/restaurant. The location is semi good: a 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station and 15-20 minutes to centro historico. It wasn't too difficult to find a free parking slot near the hotel.
WiFi didn't work with any of my devices. Half of the tv channels had unwatchable image quality. There was only one half-used toilet paper roll to begin with, and the cleaner didn't bring a new one, so I run out of paper. Weird problems in a generally good hotel.

Definitely great value for the money. Quite spacious and clean room, OK breakfast, free WiFi and free minibar (refilled during stay) was a good deal with the price we got. Two Valenbisi city bike stations nearby, which was great for us as we liked to use that service to explore the city. Mostly good customer service, though some language barrier here and there.
The view from our room window to the back of the building was quite dull (try to get a room on the front side). Our room did not have any information regarding minibar, safety box, hotel facilities and services - nothing. Not even "do not disturb" signs were available. We had to get those from the reception and it was quite difficult to explain as that particular staff member did not speak/understand English too much. The location of the hotel was a bit far from the city center, so you need to take the bus or bike to catch attractions easily. Also, no metro stations easily accessible due to need of crossing railroad on the way. However, as the price was low, the overall experience was definitely positive.
